Captain Marvel is showing similarities to past franchises that we love who have been lost to agenda driven “story telling” and PC politics. It has been compared to Ghostbusters 2016, Star Trek Discovery and Disney Star Wars. I feel it is the most similar to Doctor Who Season 11 in story and the lead saying questionable things on the press tour. Captain Marvel could have similar results. A good opening leading to strong division in the fandom, the eventual attacking fans for not liking forced characters and forced agendas. When the dust settles, a broken franchise. Some say this has already happened.
